Easy Almond Butter Dark Chocolate Swirl Bark with Flaky Sea Salt

Ingredients
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate, chopped (I used two Lindt dark chocolate bars)
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • Flaky sea salt such as Maldon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on ends.
  2. You can melt the chocolate in a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring frequently, or you can melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted, pour it onto the baking sheet, and spread it in an even layer using a spatula.
  4. Melt the almond butter using the double boiler method or the microwave method. It should only take 60-90 seconds in the microwave.
  5. Drizzle the almond butter over the dark chocolate, and swirl with the tines of a fork. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Break into pieces.
  7. NOTE: Keep the chocolate cold or it will melt.
